At G’nosh, our mission is to provide each person with the very best experience while visiting one of our studios. If necessary, we will invoke the following refund / cancellation policies:
Registration Cancellations / Refund Requests
- All cancellations must be received via email to cancellations@gnosh.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by 5:00 CST, no less than 2 business days prior to registered event.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was made and are subject to a $20 processing fee. Please allow two weeks for processing.
- Refunds will not be issued for requests received after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows.
Note: If you are unable to attend an event, and the cancellation deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to another individual (e.g. a friend, relative, colleague) for the same event (i.e. same date and location).
Why can't I receive a full refund anytime I cancel a class?
G’nosh seeks to employ the most qualified teachers to facilitate our events, classes and programs and we value their time and compensate them accordingly. In addition, our seating is limited, so by reserving a seat you may be preventing someone else from attending a class. It is our goal to provide the most engaging experience possible for all parties at our studios and look forward to seeing you at a G’nosh event soon.
Class Cancellations
G’nosh reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. Should this occur, we will alert all registered participants via email or phone in order to reschedule. If the alternative date is not convenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
Classes affected by inclement weather may be rescheduled, or you may request a full refund.
